Michelin Starred Chef Olivier Elzer Began his journey in 2005 as a headchef at Abbaye de la Bussière, France and there he was rewarded with the first 1 Michelin star for 3 consecutive years. In 2009 Chef Olivier started his journey in Asia and Hong Kong as a Head Chef of Mandarin Oriental’s Pierre Restaurant , rewarded with 2 Michelin starts for another 3 consecutive years.

As a head chef of L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Chef Olivier was rewarded with 3 Michelin stars for 3 years in a row.

In 2018, Olivier Elzer co-found with Canny Leung O’Chef Lab 食物研究所,a unique and one of it’s kind food lab with a professional kitchen, It is a commitment of Chef Olivier to combine food science and cooking skills to elevate culinary perfection to an entirely new level.

Born in Germany and raised in Alsace, France Chef Olivier had in his blood the religion of

‘good food is the enjoyment of taste buds for diners, and is
the passion to deliver the art and science of culinary creations to the tables’.
