Refund policy

We always aim to ensure our customers are satisfied, but if something went wrong, we’re happy to help! We are happy to arrange for refund or replacement as returns are not available. Just email us at info@edenshk.com or call us directly to +852 6180 0909 and we’ll guide you through the easy process. 

Our refund policy lasts for 48 hours. If 2 days have gone by since you received the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your refund request was received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sample / Gift items 

Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately samples and gift items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@edenshk.com.
