What about Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

We are right here with you, and that is why we setup this website to help you shop online for your favorite ingredients.

As the safety of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to us, we have carried out an extensive risk assessment in line with Government guidelines.

We have applied enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures to our daily operation. We have distributed masks and gloves for our employees and implemented disinfectant spraying. Temperature checks across the operations are being conducted daily. Contact Less Delivery is available - Eden’s delivery team will not enter homes and let you collect the packages at your doorstep.

A majority of our products are being imported on daily basis from around the world. Due to COVID-19, international cargo flights have been limited and that might affect the availability of some of your favorite products in our online shop. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and want you to know that we do our best to plan ahead and keep providing you with daily fresh sourced products.

Do you have minimum order amount?

Orders accepted with a minimum amount of HKD 500, excludes shipping charges.

Do you ship all over Hong Kong?

Delivery service is provided to Hong Kong island and Kowloon. Deliveries to New Territories available on Wednesdays.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Our minimum order amount is HKD 350.

All orders over HKD 800 value are free of charge exc. New Territories.

Delivery charges on orders up to HKD 800 apply as follow: 

Hong Kong Island - HKD 60 per order. 

Kowloon – HKD 70 per order. 

South Hong Kong Island – HKD 70 per order. 

New Territories - HKD 80 apply on all orders - no free delivery option.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders submitted by 12pm will be delivered next day. Orders submitted after 12pm will be delivered on the day after next.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of
promotional codes.
However, if you still change your mind orders can be changed up to 1 hour before cut off time. This means by 1pm daily.

Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible to be done through the website. If any issue with your order

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email. All our orders should be received before 6pm.
