Dill

Dill has a flavor likened to the combination of anise, parsley, and celery with a mild lemon finish.

Cook It 

The fern-like leaves of dill are beautifully aromatic and are used to flavor many foods, such as gravlax (cured salmon), borscht, and pickles. It is also a tasty flavoring for new potatoes and peas. Dill is best when used fresh, as it loses its flavor rapidly if dried. Add dill at the end of cooking as heat will destroy most of its flavor.
